And on mac n cheese and popcorn, and lots of other food. zapzach2211 to Sunflowergirl90: umm thats kinda prejudice, you shouldnt make assumptions before you know the facts. jeeze, you should put down the water for once and take sodium to dinner to cheer'em up. but for a change of subject, i think im going crazy from realizing i have too much stuff. zapzach2211 to Sunflowergirl90: but too much is better than none. no one wants a dead zachary, dead zachary's are no funn. i promise!!! no fun for me, and no funn for no one. Sunflowergirl90: You are so funny! You don't want too much sodium tho!! It's not good for your cholesterol to have so much sodium tho. zapzach2211 to Sunflowergirl90: yes, but one thing we learn in the army is that sodium is a good thing, cause when ur out in the mountains or something and only drinking water, you sweat out all the sodium you have in your body. so we drink gatorade, or put the gatorade mixes in our water so it gives us electrolytes and sodium. if you sweat out all your sodium, you can die. oh my goodness, im totally putting that as my status Sunflowergirl90: haha thanks. I always have water with me, it'd be unusual to see me w.o it! Most gatorades and powerades actually have quite a bit of sodium in them, to keep you drinking more. you should look at that next time you have one. Yeahhhh.....i just kinda like yellow. If you saw my room you would have no doubt what my favorite color is! zapzach2211 to Sunflowergirl90: oh and by the way, i think someone named allie, likes the color yellow a little. zapzach2211 to Sunflowergirl90: well you are a really smart woman, i dont like energy drinks or caffeine much either. i usually drink gatorade or powerade. cause its like water, but also has electrolytes so that i dont get dehydrated and blah blah. but anyways i like ur drinking style |
