W1r3ClubFamousLev: There other day in the gym: I was doing: Mike O'Hearn's Power Bodybuilding Week 3/Day 2 The homicide of Legs! plus 30mins HIIT Cardio to finish them off. Now some hardcore lifters would say since I squatted to a bench it wasn't a real squat? Say what you want but even though I squatted to a bench because had no squat rack or spotter, I killed legs today! I don't usually post about my workout days but this day was a unusual day and even comical. Had ear buds in saw a teen doing Hulk Hogan poses, yelling something at me and pointing. When I turned my music down the teen was saying: Going Beast Mode Bro!, The man is Going Beast mode! 400lbs on legs all in a days work huh buddy!? Then later: Another teen comes up to me says "I see your getting your swole on huh buddy?" I just said well I am trying. Then same teen that said about getting my swole on saw me going hard on the treadmill with my HIIT training. Says: "Darn MAN! Going Hard Still!? You never quit do you!?" I just gave him a funny look as I thought ummm is there any other way to go!? Overall was a great leg day I got two New Personal Bests: 1rep Max in Bench Squats: 417lb and 1rep Max on (We don't have a standard leg press machine) so Smith Machine Leg Press: 547lbs. What do you say Yo Le good leg day? LOL

This is my profile on bodybuilding.com for the rest of the doubters: http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/kb3hla/ << Since Sept 3, 2011 I have been hitting the gym regularly about 5-6 times every week for about 1 to 2 hour sessions. Since then I have lost 33lbs , 9.3 % body fat (which maybe more but I have not checked it in a long time) , Up to today I have tracked 556 workouts, have done 158 hours of Cardio and have lifted a total of 8,798,191 pounds. Just recently I had my best lift which was a deadlift at 425lbs (NOT A FAKE PICTURE HATERS!). Trying to get leaned down so maybe I can compete some day (YES HATERS AND I WILL COMPETE SOME DAY!). I try to always dream big (SO HATERS BUGGER OFF!). Still not where I want to be but at least not where I have been. One day I hope to have a better now picture like all tan, shaved and leaned down...I tell you it's comin haters!
