RoseatePhoenix: No cap tho i know vets that will say that corporate mercenaries can get the job done cos they have little restrictions. This is obvi no excuse to overuse them and privatizing a war sounds bad even when i say it to myself. Lol but its important to consider that the U.S. Military is so tied up with complex rules that very little actually gets done
