ThngsThtGoBzzzzz: Ok, my first attempt at a roasted salsa :fail: It was bland as hell, no real taste, back to the drawing board The next is an iconic 1940's original patty melt recipe I made for dinner, even dad said it was fkn awesome!!! Now I'm having a rum and ginger ale, debating if the salsa is salvageable, or start again from scratch without roasting everything first

what type of tomatoes did you use? maybe they were too watery?
