Now I'm having a rum and ginger ale, debating if the salsa is salvageable, or start again from scratch without roasting everything first
MerMira: If you roast the tomatoes and peppers first maybe the natural sweetness of them will come through? what type of tomatoes did you use? maybe they were too watery?
