Friends | ThngsThtGoBzzzzz: Picture #1 is for Rocky, see those two shoots coming out from the main stalk? Those are what I've learned are "suckers" or "tillers", they do not harm the stalk, but I cut them off so the main stalk takes in the nutrients. The second is the corn, 6 rows, 84 stalks, If I get two ears per stalk I'm in heaven!!! Last on the left are the Indeterminate tomato plants growing on the trellis, they hit 6 foot ,and on the right are the determinate plants in cages. 3 years ago • Reply • Report • Link Collapse Show Comments (3) 4 nancebowl: you really do have a green thumb 3 years ago • Reply • Report 0 OwaTanaSiam: I would , and still do, chuckle, when I drive by farms and they have the seed markers out from the supplier and type of corn. One supplier was named "Asgrow" 3 years ago • Reply • Report 0 rockislandred1: so cool bzzz it all looks very happy 3 years ago • Reply • Report 0 |
