The Dark Flower
The Dark Flower: One of my goals this year is to gain more weight. I'm way too slim. I generally don't like eating much and I certainly don't like sweets or soda. It's really a pain to eat more than I need but somehow I need to eat more or something. I just want an average body. Any suggestions?

ThePrince: If you don’t like eating a lot, choose foods that are high in calories but low in volume and don’t be afraid of SOME junk food.

The Dark Flower in reply to ThePrince: It's not that I am afraid of eating junk food... just I don't like Junk food. I prefer fresh foods and vegetables in general as Malek suggested. Gaining weight is so hard. Should I increase the portion I eat maybe? I noticed I am losing too much weight. It's getting kinda scary.

JamesK12345: May need to see a nutritionist to get more professional answers. If you don't eat much, you can try some protein shakes that offer more of a healthy caloric intake, or even a weight gainer supplement that is high in calories, but also high in vitamins and nutrients.
