tallblueeyedman: As some of you know...my career is pretty intense at times…I deal with issues that are nightmares to most…sometimes on a weekly basis. I'm not complaining...I love my job...but sometimes you need to take a break.
I came to Wire for this reason...not to look for anything or anyone...but as a distraction. Wire has done that...or should I say its denizens have...and much more. I’ve made some very good friends here…many more acquaintances…and hopefully no or few enemies.
That said...I never took Wire serious…always remembering it was just electrons on a screen...
...but in doing so...I often forgot that one's typed actions can very much hurt another…and regardless of intent or perception…these feelings are valid...especially with someone you bonded with.
My behavior has made me hurt and lose someone who became my best friend...both OL and RL...someone I love...someone who met every want and need I never knew I still had.
I am truly sorry for doing so. Not just because I lost her…one needs to take responsibilities of their actions and accept the consequences of them...but due to insecurities and doubts...I acted childish and foolish...and that's not who I am.

I cannot hide from myself. I have failed myself…as I failed her.
So...I’m taking a break from Wire…I need to restore my clarity of purpose. I don’t know for how long I'll be gone...or if I'm even coming back. I’m not deleting…at least not yet…but I’m not going to be around for a while.
To my friends…I thank you for making me smile…for making me laugh…for taking me into your confidence…for trusting me as you told me your dreams…fears…secrets….and perhaps most importantly…asking for my opinion or advice. I am always honored and humbled that you do.
Wolfie Girl: You will be missed, but taking a break from wire is something I truely understand needing. I hope You do come back with a clear mind and a better feel for Yourself.
