 |             StuckInTheSixties: Thanks. Now that I have a monitor that isn't a piece of crap, I can actually make the pictures look pretty good instead of butchering them as I used to do. There's some pretty good cloud stuff going on in a few of these. StuckInTheSixties: There actually has been a pretty significant shortage of rain lately. November and December were basically without any rain, which is not normal, and I guess the pictures reflect that. (Matter of fact, the first big storm of this rainy season is gonna be rolling in tomorrow.) Check out the pictures at the beginning of 2011. The ground is pretty green and grassy. The pictures at the end should also look like that. But part of your impression also might be just from the fact that I tend to take the pictures on sunnier days when the scenery is actually visible. |

For several years, I’ve been posting a “Weekly Photo From My Porch,” the same view, framed the same way each time. It shows the passing of the seasons, as well as the occasional picture featuring dramatic weather, and that sort of thing.
Because of the “BIG CHANGE” from “Old Wireclub” to “New Wireclub,” my posting of these pictures was necessarily interrupted as Wireclub got it’s shit together with the Pictures page. But while my posting of the pictures was necessarily interrupted, my camera continued clicking away, and there was a picture taken for each week.
So here they are, all fifty-two weeks of 2011, as seen from my porch.
