This novel is a must read. Everybody imagines all the fanciful ways for human destruction, but this one is WAY TOO CLOSE to REAL, today or next week.
Yeah, you say Stephen King writes about cars coming alive or children taking over a town or "our pets" becoming "supernatural", and you would be right. But none of that has to do with this novel. This one is so seriously close to tomorrow's breaking news that it NEEDS to be read. One disclaimer though, you need to read the original version and not the shortened one. The original version equals around 1150 pages but the shorter one is around 850 pages. That short version losses too much story for me, and all of it can easily happen tomorrow.
