1... Have the middle upper back down through each elbow (and no farther) provide wings so that people can fly but still have use of their arms while "perched"...
And speaking of fish, give humans gills so it doesn't matter whether its gaseous or liquid, we can still breathe. Lastly, a good layer of adipose tissue will be wonderful during those swimming times. Anything missing..??..
