carbon/hydrogen life based unit with certain needs to stay "alive"...
Then there's stuff I do for fun, work, and societal niceties...
Lastly, I do the dishes.
StillatThis: I have often been known (if only by myself) for saying anything that you all call music is crap. If it is written after 1990, with very few exceptions, it sucks. The pinnacle of music was written before the 20th century and (in America) the 1920's and 1970's went pretty well with in inventions of swing/dixieland/jazz and the seventies had some really good musicians from America but the British made everything work. I still say Pink Floyd FOREVER!!! Anyway... after that its all crap no mater what you call it (exception: "The Cherry Poppin Daddies" in the 90's) yet it still amazes me how all of you cheer and buy and promote the garbage foisted off on you nowadays. So here is my solution...
... listen to the songs from the movie "Aladdin" performed in about 8 minutes.
............Oh yeah, its only four men and no instruments, one source of REAL musical SKILL never heard, well... anywhere else.

StillatThis: Thats basically it although Mozart is not my point-of-reference. What I mean is,
only the best can take the old and make it new again yet what we have had over 15 years basically goes immediately to the dump bin.,
StillatThis: This one comes from my favorite album of all time. Written by Tim Rice and Andrew Webber... BUT ONLY FROM the ORIGINAL version of the three recordings. Jesus was song by the lead singer from "Deep Purple" and Judas was song by "Murray Head" (One Night in Bangkok" if you remember it)... the original version performed by the London Symphony of "Jesus Christ Superstar"... Here is Judas crying in the 2nd song.
StillatThis: So why do humans have any more hair at all on the body? In our current state it really isn't necessary and evolution knew that (before we did of course) and most body hair is gone, except for the head, armpits and pubis.
Why, do you hopefully wonder (and do not already know) are these three areas so special? Besides that, what possible use is hair (other than holding in heat) does having hair provide?
In a word... FRICTION
Imagine burrowing your head inside something (to see better) to get at food without hair helping the skin of your scalp slide through the opening easier. Imagine running for a mile day after day without armpit hair helping (even shaven) to reduce the friction between arm and body. Imagine 20 minutes at the "hummina hummina" without pubis hair allowing for the slipping and sliding of groins... carpet burns on the knees seems irrelevant now don't they? In other words, hair is the original K-Y Jelly.
StillatThis: Did you know that alcohol (that you drink) is processed in the liver giving off MAJOR levels of CO2 which is what a police breath-a-lizer detects which is why there is no way to beat it? Your body dealing with alcohol gives off a lot of carbon dioxide... and you're busted if you were driving.
StillatThis: 2 to the 8th power = 256... 4 to 4th power = 256... 16 squared = 256...
When you double the original number and cut the exponent in half, you get the same result.
StillatThis: You have always been told that you have five senses. I say that's crap. Who am I..??.. nobody special, but humans have only 1 sense (of the five we currently consider) and maybe a few more given enough evolution.
,,,You say 5 senses... sight, smell, taste, hearing, and touch while I say only one of them is true. Let me ask you this, "When driving your car over a dead skunk and you "smell" it, did your nose leave your body and actively retrace the path to the dead skunk, smell it, and then return to your face to give you the results?
...To cut this short, you have a body and something (EVERYTHING) must TOUCH your body for you to even perceive it. It doesn't matter if it's through your eyes, ears, skin, or tongue... whatever it is must TOUCH you first before you can perceive it. There is currently only one REAL sense (TOUCH) that we know of so far... the rest are sub-categories.
StillatThis: How to make the perfect human...
1... Have the middle upper back down through each elbow (and no farther) provide wings so that people can fly but still have use of their arms while "perched"...
And speaking of fish, give humans gills so it doesn't matter whether its gaseous or liquid, we can still breathe. Lastly, a good layer of adipose tissue will be wonderful during those swimming times.
StillatThis: "The Stand"... written by Stephen King
This novel is a must read. Everybody imagines all the fanciful ways for human destruction, but this one is WAY TOO CLOSE to REAL, today or next week.
Yeah, you say Stephen King writes about cars coming alive or children taking over a town or "our pets" becoming "supernatural", and you would be right.
But none of that has to do with this novel. This one is so seriously close to tomorrow's breaking news that it NEEDS to be read. One disclaimer though, you need to read the original version and not the shortened one. The original version equals around 1150 pages but the shorter one is around 850 pages. That short version losses too much story for me, and all of it can easily happen tomorrow. Read it, you'll love Fran
StillatThis: I have a Great small Business idea... but I have no idea what to do next to get it started...
StillatThis: Coming into my business and hanging out for hours will cost you nothing... and the bills for the business will cost me nothing as well. The only requirements are interests and time. The money follows...
StillatThis: This is amazing!!! We are having an absolute Blizzard here! In the last 13 hours we have received 15 inches (what, roughly 38 cm?) of snow... its coming down like how the opening scene to "The Matrix" looks, and we have 9 more hours of this crap. Amazing...
StillatThis: So I keep trying to be "interesting" meaning that people will talk and respond about different topics. I throw things out there that even I think are silly just to see if "anything sticks to the wall"... but alas, no. Yet I see posts everyday swimming in 100 proof banality, and THOSE are the threads with all the responses..??..
Do you have to say nothing to get a response to anything?
... I'm just curious, can a serious (but fun) discussion happen here at the Wire anymore?
1z)... "Is the internet connecting and collecting information about every living person TOO much into a (1 or 2 Worldwide) "raw data base" of information where only a certain few elite can run, maintain, organize, and prioritize the materials contained within?"
Can anyone explain how this card trick works??? Its never fails and a great way to get free beers! I get (and love) mathematics but this one is above my pay grade. Help!!!
StillatThis: Without a doubt... the funniest comedy skit EVER... EVER... was planned beforehand and performed in the 1930"s...??.. Nothing compares to this humor...!!! watch please
StillatThis: Ya know... if an alien landed here and asked me to completely explain the USA... I can easily tell "it" how to do it.
I would say to watch every single episode (in order) of these four shows, and THAT is America. It's these shows:
1)... The West Wing... 2)... Justified... 3)... Leverage... 4)... Cheers
That's it. That completely explains 87% of Americans.
StillatThis: We need a new character. I suggest a cereal box character combined with real life...
The cartoon will be an altered bird we all already know pointing out how often people are stupid. The new "guy" is called "Touche' Sam"
