A week of work stress, almost having panic attacks, actually having FULL BLOWN panic attacks, the inability to sleep and the ability to just cry at the drop of a hat is getting really old and really fast.
Tuesday is my next day off, so I'm actually going to bite the bullet and ACTUALLY talk to a doctor about doing something to alleviate this stupidness.
