Satans_ daughter: Purple Smoothie Ingredients: ½ cup strawberries ¼ cup blueberries 1 cup raw spinach ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or vanilla yogurt) 1 cup water Satans_ daughter: They have a recipe for a chocolate one too, I don't know if she likes chocolate, and it's healthy Satans_ daughter: 1/2 medium papaya — , peeled, seeded and chopped. 1 large banana. 1 1/2 cup almond milk. 1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground turmeric. 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice — (lime works better) 2 tbsp honey. 1 cup ice. Maybe you want to eliminate the turmeric Satans_ daughter: 1 cup milk 1 frozen banana 1 tablespoon homemade fat free chocolate syrup 1 tablespoon peanut butter ½ tablespoon ground flaxseed 1 teaspoon honey (optional) 1 large handful ice Satans_ daughter: Blueberry Blast Ingredients: 1 cup frozen blueberries ½ cup vanilla yogurt 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon honey (optional) Satans_ daughter: 1 frozen banana (the riper the sweeter) ½ a California Avocado ½ cup almond milk A touch of honey or agave Satans_ daughter: 2 cups unsweetened frozen dark pitted cherries 1 cup orange juice 3/4 cup sugar free nonfat vanilla yogurt 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa Sir Loin: WOW! Sir Loin in reply to sarah_spirit: OK, I'm not even sure low fat yoghurt exists here. I've never tried it anyway. We do have skinny milk which is totally revolting and only a few folks in the city cafe culture use it for their lattes. Still has monthly visits to the oral surgeon when he does a small bone graft to keep her jaw in proportion to her skull as it grows but last time he noticed the jaw was growing slowly on its own. Nobody expected this! She's still beautiful and kind and sweet as ever  Sir Loin: She's away on holiday, camping in her Dad's new work truck in Rotorua with the family. She's being so brave and cooperating with all the surgeons who have fallen in love with her and worked most of last night putting her face back together again.

She's going to require monthly surgery for the next 9 years till she's 18 and her head stops growing
