Springy summer morning
light hitting the crystals just right
making rainbows in my living room
Drinking beer with the radio on
punctuated with hits from the bong
my head is numb
from a head cold
I have tendonitis, getting old
Pretty pink friend
letting little dog out
Red Bull and vodka
She has on neon pink and
I'm wearing neon yellow.
Weak springy afternoon light
using a pastry brush
as a splint.
