You also come across people who, because of a lack of self wisdom, look for attention with sex and the sort. I do believe that they teach us lessons as well. I had to delete my account because of this. There were too many crak pots on my list and I got fed up. Anyway Singing, its good to be back and thank you for accepting my request once again. Thank you for being so kind to me and a true friend singinglakecafe: A wise man once said to me that all of life is a lesson. The good the bad and the ugly. I am a lesson for the ppl who piss me off with pointless and inarticulate pms as much as they are lesson for me in what or whom to ignore. Lol I know I know. My kindness toward you is not obligatory joe. You are a good person with a kind heart and the friendship is honest and mutual Pale Rider: First Witch When shall we three meet again? Hoping ur not only well but rocking it and awesome singinglakecafe: My daughter sent me this this morning, Last night, Ed and me were discussing past birthday parties. She reminded me of a treasure hunt I did for her and all her friends that took them all over the gold coast, (luckily many of the shop keepers - store owners for the yanks - were happy to take part). One of the obstacles they had to overcome was a live impromptu rendition of psy's "Gangnam Style". the reward was another clue. I mention this because she thinks I am the most embarrassing person on the planet. wish I had recorded it so I could paste it all over youtube. lol. singinglakecafe: Yesterday a friend invited me to be the caterer for a wellness, therapy retreat (all in the pipe lines at the moment). He had some ideas that I considered a little odd. My thoughts are that not only should food be nourishing in such a context but it should also be simple yet provocative and comforting. he was thinking one basic meal to share amongst the party each day (kind of like a family dinner). I was thinking of incorporating this idea for only one meal event toward the end of a groups stay. I personally would prefer choices at the start then use this to create a feast for a final meal at the retreat. I am given the task to present some ideas and that perhaps this would be a great place to brainstorm. Would welcome any ideas or suggestions that people can offer to create a memorable "food Odyssey" in keeping with a theme of total wellness. This event is all about them so they should be allowed to feel the freedom I also thought about some sof incense at the place an hour before the event. You know, to balance the energies...
