I had no idea Rachmaninoff wrote a "Malaguena". I always associated that piece with Ernesto Lecuona.

Did you perhaps mean Rachmaninoff's Prelude in G Minor, op. 23, no. 5, which has a distinctly Spanish flavor to is?
