Saunter58: So, note especially in my mom's note she also thought Elijah was a prophet. Too but jesus was still the messiah .

Remember in bible how jesus face glowed and he was seen speaking to Moses and Elijah ? That seems like it would be a big deal

Saunter58: Now this really happened altho it seems impossible. All things are possible thru god. Pray before reading , please.

My daughter is now age 30. She has meds for seizures which work most of the time but not always.

When she was a little toddle she had seizures and she still does. Ant that time there were no meds to help her. And it was really scary I kept getting overwhelmed by it. I and everyone I knew was praying to God to ask to solve the preschooler has seizures situation. God answered in a way I'd never have expected. !!

I was dog sitting these two dogs one was a huskie wolf mix named wolfie. He was a male. The other was a huskie called girlie. We also had our own puppy , Duke he was huskie Doberman mix. None of these dogs in the story were professionally trained as service dogs but that is what they became.
.
So girlie began to alert to daughter having seizures in advance of seizures then girlie found a way to communicate to humans in a way that we could understand.. she would tap her forehead on my knees and on daughters Knees. So that daughter wouldn't fall and hit her head. Daughter would sit or lie down . Then girlie would put her front legs on daughters shins. When seizure came girlie would. Turn her back on daughter and watch the room intently . All around. After ward girlie would nuzzle daughter and cuddle near her to help her reorient too.

The wolfie and the puppy Duke began with girlies encouragement to do the same . Wolfie and girlie both together taught our puppy Duke. I encouraged all three of them . God answered our prayers in a way I'd be surprised. See

The people who's dogs I dogsat moved away . And daughter had Duke as her service dog for 14 years. When Duke got older he trained Jasper. Who was ours. He was golden retriever and yellow lab mix .And Duke taught my dads dog bandit whom we really only saw about once a week. But Duke insisted that bandit learn it too.

Jasper took over when Duke passed on . Jasper was service dog the second one. He got older and taught dogs 3 and 4 Caesar and king who were brothers from the same litter. Time passed Jasper went and then more time and Caesar went to join Jasper

Then we had king dog #4. as an elderly service dog . King taught daughters current service dog Milo he is dog #5. Milo also taught himself to respond well to comfort when daughter has PTSD and anxiety when I saw this I encouraged it. Milo is pyrenee x St. Bernard x white lab he weighs 65 pounds .

Whenever I notice Milo acting as a service dog. A dog taught by elder dog going back to girlie I see gods hand in the way this happened.

( I don't number count dogs in the story whom we're not ours, if you know what I mean)

God thru out this story answered prayer. And I'd appreciate if you would pray too, prayer has power. The dogs with my encouragement and my teaching politeness in public are able to learn from each elder dog to continue to this day daughter age 30.

Saunter58: Update on the Covid economic emergency , USA, the LINK card money is to be reduced in march 2023. This is because a part of the USA govt. says the CEE is over and has ended. Eggs are 5$ a dozen still . And lots of other expenses are still real expensive, so I guess if the govt says that CEE is over with who cares about price of eggs and all, lol. Oh well, maybe it should be called progress . Ha ha.

Saunter58: We once had a parakeet named sunshine, he was so sweet, he was yellow. He was very good at interspecies communication. He was even friends with the dog, Duke, ( Duke was dobie x husky ) . sunshine would offer seeds to Duke. Who, of course, didn't eat birdseed. While Duke ate sunshine would sit on the side of Dukes bowl . Duke would very delicately eat the tiny bit of dog chow sunshine was holding in his beak for Duke. Sunshine would drink and bathe in Dukes water bowl. Duke let sunshine sleep in Dukes shoulder fur. He'd wrap his feet around Dukes collar and go to sleep. It was a lovely friendship to see.

Saunter58: This is sept 2022, ok so, last sept. I fell down the stairs 16 steps. Broke my neck, stayed in hospital 4 days. Luckily Did not need surgery. They wanted to put me in a nursing home. I said no, I'd lose the house( which I own) . And who would help my developmentally Disabled daughter. Too. !!
So, I said no look I walk down the hall, I walk up and down stairs. My daughter can make me sandwiches to eat resting. I went home with help.
Like, I now have free frozen meals brought to the house. I have a link card. I have a lady who comes in to help twice a week. These three things I needed before but couldn't qualify. But now I do. Have to be over 50 and be threatened with a nursing home. (USA) so, God made good come out of bad. The three things I needed now I have.
When economy turns upward I probably will lose the link card it's related to the Covid economic downturn somehow. But I will be able to keep the helper. The free meals free frozen meals are connected to economic downturn too. So, then later I may have to go to free food church again later. For n ow I'm stocking my basement extra with canned foods to eat later in case the link card and free frozen food are taken away.
I had to go to physical therapy which is really hard. And I still do exercises every day. Guess that's forever too. Which is annoying. . Have made a lot of progress since a year ago. In some ways won't be as I was before. But am also improved.
God thinks I'm a hero so I guess mostly I am. Lol

Saunter58: This was before Covid, , I can hardly believe that this sort of thing is now a strange thing that isn't happening. When I went to the once a week dinner and visit , it was just no big deal , just an ordinary thing once a week and now this sort of thing is gone. I've no idea for how long. It's a little sad. I'm brace but it can be tough sometimes.

Saunter58: I love Halloween, I know there are Christians out there who don't but I still do. It's the dress up and pretend and whimsical bit i love so cool. I dress as a clown ( I'm 60 ). This year daughter ( age 33 ) dressed as Mother Nature. And her service dog wore kitty cat ears. We three attended a church done trunk or treat outdoor parking lot fest. We also went to a church hosted indoor costume party . And she went to a party at her adult daycare center where she is a client. And 30 kids came to the door in costume for candy even tho we had 4 inches of snow and cold with wind. None of the costumes were violent . The school doesnt allow violent costumes , I'm glad of that. It was a really fun week full of joy.

Saunter58: In 2004,may, when my eldest daughter she was age 22, unexpectedly died,at home , it was BAD. !! The coroner was in the entryway. At one point her remains were on a funeral home cart. In the entryway of the house, In a black plastic zippered bag. Mom and my younger daughter. And our reverend were ther. Oh and me .

With permission of thier mothers , thier mothers were there , children whom she had babysat, huh. They gathered in a circle. Staring at the black plastic zippered bag. Then the zippered bag was unzippered . kids asked kid questions. One was why does not she move, talk , wake up, is she like the squirrel that was squashed in the street last winter when I poked it with a stick it didn't move. I just poked her and she ignored me too. Mom poke her see.

I said that what we were looking at was not her anymore. It looked like her and was not her anymore. What were seeing was an empty envelope not used not needed anymore. the letter in the envelope was like her spirit and her spirit had gone to heaven. After a few minutes the kids wanted to sing the song , Jesus loves me this I know, that kids felt good about the song. . Eldest daughter used to sing it to them. It was a bedtime song .

Some of the kids were so short they had to stand on a kitchen chair to see. Then the mothers looked at each other . And the coroner and funeral home guy nodded heads at each other and zippered the bag. We backed up and hugged each other as the cart of remains was taken out of the house.

I tell this because I want readers to see hope. Even in the TERRIBLE !!, time . The worst thing that has ever happened in my life. The kids knew enough to sing a Jesus song . Because they knew god was with them . And he was .

Also, reader, God and Jesus are with you too , and with me, I hope this was a helpful true story. Sort of a testify. Huh.

Thanks ,

Saunter58: I found a note my dad ( deceased ) left in a book as a book mark

" brings to mind the question the Roman jailer asked . What must I do to do be saved . Scripture responds by this statement, acts chapter 16 verses 30 -31 sirs what must I do to be saved . And they said believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shall be saved and thy house .this to me is the bottom line , for myself there simply is no other bottom line worth even considering . Bruno "
It feels so deep to have found this note on a bookmark written by my dad like a gift of his thoughts left behind for me to find , a treasure . I'm so touched. Can't explain it well. Wow, huh !?
What do you guys think?
