 | Number one, I am a dog lover, guitarist, deep thinker, honest, down to earth, atheist and always open to new ideas. I am not a big talker but, when I do talk I usually mean what I say unless I'm joking! My dogs remind me every day to live in the moment, because tomorrow is not promised. I love nature and outdoor activities, which is why I want to relocate to Colorado Springs. COS was the first place I ever visited outside of my home state in 74' and have been back enough times to know that COS is my home, It is where my heart is.  RYetta: The weather is nice here in Southwest Louisiana today but, the scenery is not very inspiring. Which is why I have to look within for inspiration. Those beautiful mountains in Colorado Springs lift me up like nothing on this earth has ever done. I can still see Pikes Peak in my mind and believe I am one day closer to moving there. I left my heart in COS a long time ago. Been around the world and never thought I would wind up where I am now. Sometimes life doesn't give us any choices. I'm lucky to be alive and live each day as it were my last. My dogs are a constant reminder to live in the moment. Think about it, yesterday is only a memory, tomorrow may never come but, today, right now! is your life. The life you are living right now. The only choices we really have are the hardest ones. Our attitudes and willingness to change the way we view any situation or circumstance we find ourselves in. RYetta: Wanting to make friends in Colorado Springs. I live in Louisiana now (my home state) but, have lived in Texas, Florida, Germany & Poland. I know Colorado Springs is where I belong, I left my heart there on my last visit in May. |
