The 10 people dead in Florida I-75 were impaired... by weather.

No mention if Sarah Burke was impaired.

No mention if the pilot (guy who steers the ship) or navigator (guy who reads GPS) were impaired.

More to come on this. Impaired driving is a personal issue with me since January 12th, 2012.

richard_d_lee: Today I talked to my lawyer (he cost $1,000 yesterday (the car cost $1,000 in the first place)) and he scheduled a meeting for Friday at 3:30pm. I have a bad feeling he isn't going to bat for me.

Today 11 people were killed in Ontario. It sounds like the driver was "language impaired".

Two RCMP officers were shot and flown to Edmonton today. That is reminiscent of the 4 RCMP officers shot in Mayerthorpe the last time I made threats against the police.

Make no mistake there will be lots of "impaired" deaths over this thread.

Speaking of cold it's cold in Venice they told me at work because the canals froze up. The city of Edmonton Police are "Seeking Greater Punishment" (the name of the document). Fine you want greater punishment you can have Venice. They say the prison guard was from England. I kept asking the warden if he was from Australia and he insisted he's from England. Since he made the decision to call the City Police England can have greater punishment. Why is England sending their rejects here to Canada to drive around a fence in 40K cars and carry guns? Doesn't Canada have rejects of their own that can drive around a fence and drive a 40K SUV?

I trust everywhere that got the "Greater Weather Punishments" are hotbeds of evil-doers that were mocking my arrest and loss of driving (travel) freedom.

The world punishes me. I punish back.

richard_d_lee: Maybe it was the Night Commander and not the Warden that insisted the Perimeter Patrol Prison Guard was from England and not the Warden. Why was the Warden there on Monday at Midnight. And why did it take them over 1/2 hour to get the City Police there from 5 minutes away? And why did all three of them stand around questioning me. What if I was a real criminal and my accomplices were catapulting Meth Amphetamines from Mexico over the fence into a predetermined pick up point for a gang inside? This is a grave lapse in security to arrest a guy for drinking a beer in the parking lot of a Canadian Maximum Security Prison in Edmonton.

Oh there is more to this true story.

Put you are already feeling the effects of "Seeking Greater Punishment"... it's a guilty until proven innocent thing, and you are all guilty it would seem (according to mother nature).

richard_d_lee: Red Arrow bus crash on Highway 63 (my favourite number) today 28 wounded, 3 critically.

I saw the lawyer today. The Alberta Government gave me my driver's license they have the right to take it away on a whim. I can't travel though!... so what that's how the cookie crumbles.

Good news is I can probably get you off for $6,500. $1,000 paid monthly and trial set for September 1st. Like most good criminal lawyers he knows how much money is in my bank account and how much I make and how long it will take me working slave labour at slave rates and saving money without being able to move out of bed-bug infested foreign language speaking foreign temporary ville with abnormal neighbours that seek me out for publicity stunts.

So unfortunately my ability to travel has been suspended until April 12th, 2012, so your ability to travel will be impacted too. (3 month automatic suspension when you are charged, it doesn't matter if you are declared innocent 6 months later).

I asked for the DVD from the police station and the lawyer said "how do you know it exists?"... I said I had a "hunch". I didn't say I saw it on international TV.

Well I did say I wanted the Crown to drop all charges and give me my license back. He laughed. But wouldn't you if you knew you had to wait 6 months to get the $6,500.

I could charge the police with professional misconduct, inappropriate behavior, torture and antagonizing me. Or I could charge the Alberta Government with big brother or "guilty until proven innocent".

But I think we should all just suffer this winter of our discontent together. After all I'm broke and have taken the train for years anyway.

What goes around comes around.

richard_d_lee: They say the snow leopard my daughter loves has been restored in Bhutan National Park. I would dearly love to take her there. But I'm here explaining reality to the philosophers, war-mongers, divorcees, economists, god-speakers, jesus-of-the-catholic-speakers (east and west), jesus-of-the-protestan-speakers (all 400), muhammed-speakers (shia and sunni), Bhudda-speakers, Wicha-speakers, Republican-speakers, Whig-speakers, Tory-Speakers, Liberal-Speakers... you get my drift.

Anyway this is a story of two blogs. This morning the BBC said at least 200 inmates died or were injured in Honduras.

The Canadian Maximum Security Federal Prison I was investigating at got arrested at because I "might be impaired" has 200 prisoners. It has 393 personal. Almost 2 people at $100K per prisoner. But I firmly believe they don't do rehabilitation but make things worse. Promoting homosexuality and promoting violent crime. Not the good kind of sanctioned Canadian Crime like white collar crime (cheating on expense reports or issuing phoney mortgages, stocks or bonds) or blue collar crime (stealing from the employer out the back door).

I would like to see senior citizens (they are on the payroll anyway) watching web cams of the prison and cirtiquing their social performance in public. I'd like to see them have at least 8 hours of personal private time for reading books like "The Myth of American Exceptionalism" (that will blow your mind) surfing the net or whatever. I'd like them to have private bedrooms unless they get canadian gay marriage then they can have a cell "mate". I'd like them to have private toilets and private showers. I'd like them to work and honest days work (8 hours, 4 days a week). 2 days off and 1 day for education.

Yes we still need prison guards. The 393 people doesn't include the people to make the prison (including sprinkler systems) or the people at Sysco making and delivering food or the neighbour across the street fixing the HVAC system.

richard_d_lee: So the second tale of two blogs.

Tonight the BBC said at least 350 inmates died. The problem (or part of it) was that the guards couldn't find the keys. But that is what I told to my lawyer in secret "she searched my car and gave me my spare car key but not the main key chain with the keys to my house so I had to breaki into my house and my room.

In reality I suspect the guards used the Costa Concordia Gilligan's Island technique of "everyman for themselves" and they ran. The CBC aired the documentary on the 5th Estate where the Captain and all the senior officers of the ship left on the same life raft whilst all passengers were still on board.

Interestingly the life boats had to return many times to pickup more passengers after dropping them off to land. Another tale of "not enough life boats" that we experienced on the Titanic in 2012. When will humanity learn not to die on exotic flashy trips?

I'm building a parkade (it doesn't matter what i'm building I guess) that has sprinklers to save the automobiles with a sprinkler system in the unlikely event the concrete and steal starts to burn. Instead of Steven Harper spending 10 billion dollars to send more canadian men to jail because "they might commit a crime" why doesn't he send 10 million dollars to Honduras to hire Canadian Men to install sprinkler systems in jails?

When I said earlier "many deaths" will occur out of this impaired false allegation I meant weather related deaths (see the 15 feet of snow story) when traveling. ie "Weather impaired". I have a new plan to sell "Precipitation Overdose" elimination. Oh yes that Edmonton prison specializes in Substance Abuse criminals. *gulps@whitney houston*

It is horrible to be trapped on a ship at sea and drowning and horrible to locked in a prison cell and drowning. Oh sure you'll say "they probably deserved it".. but it's still horrible. My loosing my driver's license is also painful. I told that to brenda the secretary today and Patrick the law student today.

I also told that to Brad my lawyer last week.

But I know I gave everyone fair and early warning the shit will hit the fan *shrugs*.

My son wants to go to Japan and I want to take him and my daughter there.

richard_d_lee: I heard about this on the 4:20 am news and looked it up tonight at 6:20pm from the Toronto Star:

"JERUSALEM—A truck lost control in slick, rainy weather and barrelled into a Palestinian school bus on Thursday, killing at least seven children and a teacher and drawing hundreds of people to a West Bank hospital in an outpouring of grief, police said.

The bus left the city of Ramallah on a school excursion but returned due to heavy rains and stormy weather, according to Palestinian police spokesman Yousif Osrael. On the way back, a truck careened into the school bus, causing it to flip and catch fire, Osrael said. The children killed were aged four to six."

So yeah I guess I predicted this because of false allegations I can't drive. So what if I use spirits to discover the truth. Reforming the homosexual promotion system is important.

Anyway there were two school buses passing through work yesterday to the Parliment / Legislature Building I presume for a tour. I thought how silly the concept of school trips were (brain washing (what the book I'm reading calls the "Military-Industrial-Congress complex" by President Truman or someone like that)).

Anyway I was sad to hear about the loss of the children. I have children I've lost too. At odd times I think they would be better off dead than the torture I've witnessed them endure. But the lawyer Marilyn Schector said they weren't causing them physical harm. Still mental torture is still evil and one could argue it is worth than death and peace. I guess I almost understand some of the men who killed themselves and their children to save them the torture my children have endured. Still it would have been worse if they were with me and tortured even more by the "women are better than men" powers that hold the money (fiat).

Anyway, look at the bright side they didn't drown on the Costa Concordia and they didn't burn to death in Honduras prison. Those are long enternity deaths of suffering. In a traffic accident you are likely knocked unconcious immediately and don't see it coming.

I know I have lots of "no seat belt" crimes against me but, when I'm a passenger with a drunk driver racing down the mine road in Pine Point NWT at 120 miles an hour I do put on my seat belt because I suspect the vehicle will crash. Indeed I always put on my seat belt when I'm driving with Impaired, Incompetent or Inexperienced drivers. But I don't wear a seat belt when I drive... well unless I suspect a sting operation by the police.

If I were the city of Edmonton Police how could I sleep with how many deaths I've caused around the world. Then again the rest of the world but my pain and suffering on DVD, CD, Paper, TV and Kindle so perhaps this tragic scientific experiment they launched is worth it.

I'm sorry for your loss. I understand how you are suffering.

richard_d_lee: It was wrong for me to say "City of Edmonton Police".

I remember the one officer in 2000 that made me strip naked who said "it usually doesn't happen to nice guys like you". He wasn't evil.

On the night in question that resulted in all these deaths there was was the white male officer that nagged me for not having my cell phone on me at the time of the incident. There was a hint if I had it they would have used GPS to setup the soap operas in front of me.

Also on the night on question the officer that fingerprinted me had shaking hands of fear. It reminds me of the court order Justice Donald Lee signed (he said "it's not discrimination" ordering the police they couldn't finger print me back 2000.

I only have problems with the native female police officer that erotically felt up my pockets with warm hands, the male police officer that drove incompetently and Brian the white police officer that swore non-stop in his quest to impress and showed up at the saint Alphonse catholic church next to home stalking me, who gave the CTX5000 (sp?) breathalyzer test.

I hate the way everyone is looking at their watches across Canada and staring at me. I hate the fact I'm always labeled an Indian and told I'm Chinese British. The fact of the matter is I don't care who I am.

In retrospect this is a trivial matter compared to what was done to me and my children by the Court of Queens Bench, Media, GST child tax benefit credit judge, business evaluation accountant, alpac, barrick gold, goldcorp, diavak diamond mines, Alberta child family services, cornerstone clinic, worker compensation board, and all the others in the files of record.

I saw the strain on on my forehead a few minutes ago. This situation is unsustainable.

richard_d_lee: New York City has (to a small extent at least) taken up my mantra about traffic crime and "accident forgiveness insurance" that I'm going to write about in the future. From the internet:

====
The phrase is a mantra of sorts when it comes to the New York Police Department and traffic fatalities involving pedestrians and bicyclists. Run a red light and kill somebody? Speed and kill somebody? Fail to yield in a crosswalk and kill somebody? You might get a summons for a moving violation. But hey, “no criminality was suspected,” and so you, the driver, don’t have to worry about any further consequences.

The running joke on blogs like Gothamist and Streetsblog is that if you want to kill somebody in New York and get away with it, a car should be your weapon of choice. And for years, it seemed like no one in government was ever going to challenge that status quo.

On February 15, that changed, if only a little. The New York City Council held a hearing on traffic safety and the NYPD’s handling of bicycle and pedestrian fatalities and injuries. And some of what came out was mind-blowing.

Gothamist, which has been all over this story, did a great job of rounding up some of the salient data that came out at the hearing (snark is theirs):

richard_d_lee: So yesterday at work I had a new job operating a skip (ancient elevator technology with manual inside and outside doors). A few people harassed me about my braking skills. I was very angry about that. The persecution seems "senseless and inexplicable". I know there is a global audience buying the pain that is done to me. I know there are spies everywhere selling it. Sure I see some silent witnesses with pain in their eyes because they can't stop it.

Sure some will say "he should stop people from harassing him". "He should take a holiday". Yes. Remember you sent those 3 accounting / engineering career looking fellows to Royal Gardens when my daughter was in Grade 2 who told me I should send her to private school. The banks knew my income was negative but, did you know that? Now my daughter is 20 and suffering horribly. Perhaps in part because she didn't go to private school and you can say "ah ha! we told him to send her there". There are billions to be made causing me pain. There are trillions invested in the status quo. Ok "leveraged" is the right word then. It only takes millions to save me and the kids. It only takes a couple hundred million to fix the world.

Did the harrassment against me about the brakes happen as part of a conspiracy after they knew about the train crash in Argentina? You'd have to ask Scott Minnie, Bob Young and that Flynn lady with a tattoo on her neck. Or are they simply opportunistic evil-doers and it was a coincidence? Will this go down as another coincidence that will never be investigated like the thousands already witnessed.

richard_d_lee: Four people were killed in Innisfail Alberta today by a driver driving in the wrong direction.

"Direction impaired" would be the correct charge. But "Impaired driving" is the legal charge. He or she was mentally impaired. Maybe "lost" like the prison security guard told the cops I said I was. (In reality I only agreed with his sherlock holmes deduction (perhaps I didn't want to embarass his sluething skills).

Sure I've driven through lots of red lights in the DEAD of night when the lights were too slow to change and there was no traffic. Sure I did hollywood stops (acting like you are stopping) at stop signs in the country when their is no traffic. Sure I've drank alcholol and driven a vehicle. But the only time I was guilty of running red lights I never saw was when I was sober and antagonizing over the divorce which this governments (3 of them (maybe more)) all had part of in their bid to gain more media attention (and justification for budgets?).

Charge the driver with impaired driving. You charged me with impaired driving for investigating a prison and no one died. I didn't swerve "over the line". I didn't hit a car in the parking lot.

Oh yes the pain from this, is now classified as an "inconvience". The pain from my "train accident" (there have been three of them globally over the last 10 days since the incident) is still hurting my arm. I mean you literally put me in the hospital for 2 days in a row. And you have the gall to charge me with harassment on top of that for talking to two friends from Yemen and Mexico on the subway train in Edmonton?

Are you crazy?.... Didn't I tell you people would die if you cause me pain?

richard_d_lee: An 84 y/o woman turning left at 75 street and 76 avenue (U2 sings "where the streets have no names) was killed in Edmonton today by an unmarked police cruiser with no lights and no siren. It happened at 10:30am. At 6:30pm ITV (or Global it's called now?) news helicopter shows the intersection still closed off with half a dozen police cruisers (real ones with lights flashing), a police RV mobile command centre and a fire ladder truck extended taking pictures in a sweeping motion.

It only takes like 2 seconds to look at the position of the vehicles and the damage to realize the police cruiser was doing twice the speed limit (120 km/hr in a 60 km/hr zone).

So the unfortunate little old lady is guilty of "impaired knowledge of vehicle speed coupled with tunnel vision (the light is yellow i turn left now)". The police officer is guilty of "impaired knowledge of people will turn left in front of you when you are speeding or riding a motorcycle".

Sure I speed too. Sure people turn left in front of me too. Sure it happened about 5 months ago. But I didn't hit or get hit. The only complaint was a little bit of over-steer or whatever it's caused when I had to do my high speed swerve to the right and then the left.

Charge me with impaired driving pffft.

Oh yes I was surprised by the 4 uniformed edmonton police officers yesterday at Tim Hortons yesterday morning since they've never appeared before except the day before. Yes I was surprised by the 2 uniformed edmonton police officers the day before yesterday at Tim Hortons because I've never seen them before in a year. I was slightly taken a back that one of the male officers had an earing. Sure Mel Gibson did that when he was an under cover officer. But you aren't plain clothes you are uniformed. I would have thought there would be rules of dress and conduct. After all my $20 a day in cigarettes pay your $86,000 / year salary to wear a gun and drive fast.

Not to mention y $6,500 legal fees for "Impaired Driving".

Remember in 1999 when I called 911 for help and told my ex the cops were on the way? I called back 45 minutes later to ask them where they were. The cops said my spouse called and told them not to come to the domestic dispute. Then after they did come they asked me to leave home for 12 hours with my kids. Over that 12 hours there was a "midnight move".

I would think EVERY POLICE OFFICER SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS AND STAY OUT OF MY FACE.
