richard_d_lee: Ticket number A 75567785 Z.. The taxi driver that picked me up wanted me to sue the cops and the city. But I should have done that a decade ago for my kids. Earlier tonight I saw a couple of females looking very scared getting off the number 10 bus about 8 o-clock followed by men twice my size. I remember that wiredclub gi9rl that said she was afraid men in texas wanted to rape her. I believe she was tellign the truth. I know I didn't want to rape that Mexican girl on the train / sub way. I think the female officer that was like 30 was jealous I was talking to a female who was 20.

I understand why 30 y/o females are threatened by 20 y/o females from mexico. I resent getting beaten up over her problems. Badge number 12609 / 279. Oh yes she is charging me with failing to comply, I'm saying I want to leave the situation.

She had said it was the last train. When the next train came going back north the peace officers wouldn't let me take it and made me take a taxi (20 bucks thank you very much, lets burn mexico for not standing up for me in edmonton).

I beg to differ with the taxi driver, the police should beat up men who are talking to girls who don't want them to talk to them. But I asked the officer if the girls wanted to comlain or lodge charges and she said that was irrelevant I was being beaten up and charged for failing to comply and chanting "i'm leaving, i'm leaving I don't want any trouble".

As God is my witness and as nature is the CCTV camera's judge which is viral by now. (viral = my bloody face is all over the world).

I can't imagine the deaths that will become of this travesty. But I know i'm innocent and I know you will pay to watch me bleed at the hands of an over zealous (yet poorly trained) female.

richard_d_lee: Yeah although the girl from Mexico said she had no problem with me, the peace officer from Canada hinted the female from Mexico (about 20) had a problem with me. The peace officer from Canada said she didn't have to get a witness statement because I was beaten up and charged with failing to comply.

I can't hurt Edmonton with weather because I live her and that is like suicide. But I can sure give Mexico hell until that girl on the train confesses her sins or the city of edmonton peace officer's sins. There is hell to pay for this one.

For the record, when a female tells a witness she "offered to call the paramedics" and the victim (me) is a male, any admission of a female peace officer and male peace officer tackling him from behind whilst leaving the train station should be discounted. When the victim is crying in pain and bleeding prefusely the paramedics should be automatically called even if he waives his rights to medical treatment because he doesn't want the guys at work to tease him that some girl and some guy hurt him beyond description.

Mexico must pay for this one unless the female in question on the train comes forward and confesses she didn't call the police because I talked to her.

At the end of the day my arm will get better after a day, a week, a month or a year. I'll hide the injury frpom the gossipers at work like i've done in the past.

richard_d_lee: This morning at work the superintendant Richard asked where I wanted to go. I replied "Mexico". He said "No, the skip or the gatehouse?" You have all read my skip experience and now 51 dead brakes in Argentina answer.

So perhaps the girl claiming to be from Peutro Vallerta Mexico was lying because I wanted to go to Mexico this morning as I told Richard and this whole scerneio is some media publicity stunt. Mexico must still pay with blood and bones so she doesn't do it again. Or so that she tells Canada in no uncertain terms that she doesn't do this again to me.

richard_d_lee: I know after I was tackled from behind and MY arm was pulled behind my back initially I resisted but then after excruiating pain I said "ok ok I surrender" or words to that effect but the torture continued for about 30 seconds.

The pain persists even now and I can barely eat.

I hope that girl on the train was a great Canadian Spy or a Great Mexican spy.

richard_d_lee: So I was actually terrified Saturday morning because I couldn't move my right arm, I had to use my left arm to lift up my right arm.

I couldn't find my bank card or transit pass and thought the "Peace officers" stole them like the cops did the other times. More anger. But I found them in my parka (sales are up 4% in the USA, all other sales are down). Which I must have placed them the night before.

So this is a long update. First off besides the 20 or 24 y/o female from mexico I was talking to the other female next to me on the train (not the Via Rail train that crashed in Quebec the next day) was from Yemen. I said "oh you are getting a new president" and she seemed rather ignornant of that fact which I thought to be suspicious at the time.

When the Peace officer came onto the train (Transit Peace Officer not "the cops" like I over heard the nurse telling the doctor at the hospital today) she said I was "bothering" the women from Yemen and Mexico (ok now that i'm relatively sober I think they were lying (their accents were canadian)). I asked the female from Mexico if I was bothering her in front of the Peace officer and she said "No". (perhaps she was having a good time lying to me. Perhaps she knew of the time A girl sat next to me on the last train north and two young punks came up and asked for her phone number but she said "no I have a boyfriend". So I didn't get off at my stop and stayed on the train for her boyfriend to pick her up at the last stop which made me had to walk over 40 blocks "|home" because it was the last train. yeah I know I'm a saint and I think the peace officer knew that which caused all the "brutality", "unreasonable force" and the $250 ticket for not complying with a peace officer because they knew I'd end up the hospital today.

richard_d_lee: So I went to work today at the new Gate Keeper job and said all I can do is the Gate Keeper Job because I had an "accident" on the train Friday Night / Saturday.

The Nurse at work said I had to go to a medi-centre (I blogged about them being a waste of money 10 years ago (but now I take back that blog (I take back the blog about Mexico must pay too (that girl wasn't from mexico (there was a G-20 meeting in Mexico and they said they wouldn't pay the EU (to pay Greece)))))).

Anyway the north skip operator with pnemonia said she was told she had to be in the gatehouse beause she can't work outside. I told her I can't lift the skip gate and need light duty. I asked the immediate supervisor to see the nurse to show my swollen elbow. The nurse said she called head office and had to go to a medi-centre because my arm might be broken.

Oh yes I skipped ahead. I told the Peace Officer I wasn't bothering the girls so I didn't have to leave. She said "It's the last train". Only it's not the last train. This is Churchill Station and the train goes down to Century Station (what a dumb name (even though it's newly named)) and then turns around to go back to teh Clairvew Garage which is on my way home to the Coliseum. So you see leaving the train not only takes me away from fascinating conversations about Yemen and Mexico but forces me to wait 1/2 hour for the train to come back.

After getting assaulted and interrogated by the Peace Officers and set free, that very train came back and I asked if I could get on the train and one of the four Peace Officers said "no". So I had to pay $20 for a cab back home (the cab driver told me I should "sue" instead of the pre-paid train ride ($85 / month (cheap when you look at the price of gas (for the car I can't drive (because I might be impaired (the trial is October 23, 1012 (but there is an automatic 3 month penalty (suspension) when you are charged (even though yyou'll probaly get let off (because the prison guards (who my lawyer said were essentially acting like :"peace officers" who arrested you didn't let you call a lawyer (properly like the police would)

richard_d_lee: So off to the Medi-Centre this morning because the nurse says I can't work until I get a note from the doctor for "modified work" which means "light duty" like the gatehouse where I was assigned to work this week in the first place (but not second place).

They discover that even though I've been there many times 12 years ago they don't have any records. So I pay $34.77 or something to see the doctor. Cheap like borsch I think. Why are all the Americans complaining about the cost of medical care?

The doctor does a preliminary check out and speaks a whole bunch of latin body part words I frankly don't understand. I notice he's wearing jeans and wonder if this is the new dress code because I've seen other Edmonton business men / office workers in jeans and think "hey maybe I can get back into that game without laying out too much dough" (I specialized in Information Sevices (and hate buying suits and wearing ties)). He sends me off to the x-ray lab next door to have right elbow x-rayed from 4 angles.

At the X-ray clinic they tell me I have 2 alberta health care records, one under Richard and one under Rick. The one under Richard is deactivated and the one under Rick has no number. Later in the day when I checked into the University Hospital my wrist tag had "Richard (Rick)" as my first name.

Anyway the four x-rays which include a disk was only $40.86. Why are americans complaining? There was a man that asked for a new "Colonoscopy" procedure that you had to pay cash for which is $650. He was eager to find what medical plans cover it for free but the receptionist didn't know. Probably go to america for weird things corporations pay for in medical treatment. Like lobbyists the universities pay to politicians for free education as stated in the "Myth of American Exceptionalism" book by Godfrey whats-his-name.

richard_d_lee: So the doctor who used lots of Roman Latin words about the elbow wanted to send me off to the University Hospital. I said what I really need is a note that the company nurse ordered saying I can go back to work with "modified" / light duty work. Ie the work they wanted to give me in the first place at the Gatehouse (I call it the pink floyd fish bowl "swimming hear like two lost souls, year after year".

He said "that'll cost $35 and the receptionist will write the note and he'll sign it". I thought that was a bargain because the last I heard a couple months ago to be allowed to work would cost $60. Well when the receptionist tried to write the note she asked me "how many days do you want off of work?". I was like "You don't understand I want to go back to work!". She said "I'll have to talk to the doctor". So she came back later with 30 days of light duty. The hospital "expert" doctors were going to write a note of 3 days light duty because they recommended ice packs (i did't get them) and ibuprophen ( I got that because I asked the pharmacist which is better "advil, ibuprophen, advil or tylenol if you drink" and he said two damage your liver and two damage your kidneys. I figured I have two kidneys (I heard about Kidney transplants on tv) so I opted for the pills that damage your kidneys if you drink.

This is all out of order.

richard_d_lee: At the Medi-Centre the doctor did say he'd fast track me to get me back to work faster. But he thoght that would be with a cast. I was horrified at that thought because I have no female to dress me or to wash me. Not that my ex would do that "perish the thought".

I did notice the odd hypo-condriact in the waiting room that had to wait longer than most. I also noticed the odd crying child in the waiting room that was fast tracked out of there and I appreciate that because I hate little girls crying. Although women are tought to lie in court like my soon to be ex-wife after I have a few mil,ion dollars to get a divorce.

I complained to the Medi-centre doctor he was going to bankrupt me if I had to wear a cast for 4 weeks ()the university doctors said I'm ok and don't need a cast) and could not work.

Let's not forget male pride where we WANT to work and we WANT to make food, shelter, clothing ,transportation and energy.

Ahhh... the pride goeth before the fall they say.

richard_d_lee: anyway you all saw the hypo-contriacts i saw at the hospital and the medi-centre. You all know the concept of hanging a sign outside the senior citizens home each night to say you are ok and the fact it isn't checked on sunday is also rephrenhsible.

In closing when I was tackled from behind and given a cement face plant I should not have instinctively have taken my right arm away from arrest. Perhaps I was angry because I was kicked off the train and my "liberty" was taken away. But I had told the peace officer 3 times "ok ok I'm leaving". When my arm was twisted I said (in a small voice because I hate showing weakness (but the officer could still hear)) "ok ok that hurts stop it".

Now the doctors and nurses know what you did. Now the "inter web knows".

But the whole world knows the children and I have to leave Edmonton and go save the world which you are trying to use me to destroy.

As far as the hypocondriacs and lonely senior citizens in seniors' homes where their children don't visit we all know they existed in the first place and it's all a result of "TOO MUCH FIAT CURRENCY"

I already knew I was getting better and although they used "unreasonable force" I didn't want to let their negative behaviour have a negative impact on my future income.... after all tecnically i'm only 48.

I think the pain of your American disasters is equal to the pain of my "train accident". Yes I know more people died on train accidents around the world at the same time. But they didn't get as much "pressing" time as your record breaking 98 tornadoes.

Of course I'm "dissappointed" and "uncomfortable" about having received a "concrete face plant" from behind the back and getting my arm "twisted" (winks @ twister) by a "peace" officer.

The fact of the matter remains she asked "where are you going?". I don't have to tell her diddly squat. She said "This is the last train". But this is the last south bound train and I live north bound.

When the train eventually came back they wouldn't let me take it after I politely (or mono-tonely asked) to take it).

She LIED when she said it was the last train. She should have said it was the last train SOUTH BOUND.

She never asked to see my transit pass.

After Eating the concrete sandwich. (my front tooth cap fell out yesterday (they one that Rick Sanchez made fun of on CNN (8 years or a decade ago))) and getting my arm bent out of shape so bad I lost 5 large (negroe speak (waves to obama legal family (planting victory guarden (which i acdtually support)))))).

Anyway after bleeding profusely and aching badly, she had my id "Transit Pass", "Library Card" and asked "is that all you have?"

I said "call CPIC". She said "I'm doing that now".

So she asked me "what happened to your black Nissan car?"

I said it sank in Alberta Beach lake where the 4 RCMP from Mayerthorper were killed.

At the very end she asked me "what class of license do you have?". I said "five and six". Which mens 4 wheel and 2 wheel.

But she never asked me about the Cream coloured GMC 2500 van that I slept homeless in in-between the current car and the black nissan.

Why did CPIC erase that information?

richard_d_lee: Anyway, I got my bill from the hospital today: $260.

What for sitting around for four hours on Monday to find out the Medicentre Doctor was nuts about taking 6 weeks of light duty and I only needed 3 days of rest and four hours on Tuesday to get a note saying I needed Feb 27th to Feb 29th off of work.

Meanwhile CBC Lang & O'Leary show says American health care workers have increased from 7 million to 15 million over the last few years. No wonder! The first day I was there there was a 20 y/o kid with a fancy floor cleaner spending all his time talking to a girl. The second day there was a 50 y/o immigrant running the fancy floor cleaner over the same spots 50 times which seemed to be more annoying.

Ironically the free health care has cost me $330, because I haven't been to a doctor in 12 years and my free health care expired or something like that.

A peace officer had his trunk open at the train station today. Reminds me of all those women with car trunks (boots in the UK) open as if I should jump in and "escape".

The CBC also talked about the government tabling legislation that Air Canada workers can't strike because Air Canada serves communities in remote locations where no other air carrier provides services. Presumably in the event of a medical emergency (deja vu) and not a vacation (which most people care about) a strike would kill a needy patient. Why we need to go to hospitals on our own free will escapes me just now indeed.!.!.!?

The true problems about air canada and the chinese billionaire aren't being discussed but, it is wrong for the governemmt to use remote communities as an excuse. Just say 2% can't strike and remote communities with no other bush pilots must still be served and the canadian government will pay the difference between strike pay and regular salaries for those pilots and baggage handlers to stay at work. So instead of 200 baggage handlers at Toronto airport going on strike, 198 go on strike and 2 guys stay on-line to handle 50 bags from the "north".

Anyway getting back to MY life. I went to the court house today. They are befuddled about the City of Edmonton's Crown Prosecutor. This confession came out after I said their "disclosure" was scanty. She implied it was a weird black box with no person's name or phone number and all you can do is e-mail them. I got their card today but I'm not sure how to address a black box. I know my legal rights were violated, I know I was brutalized (my arm is almost 100% now though after a month) and I know I was a victim of racial profiling like Trayvon and I suspect it was because of the new programme to find as many of the 16,000 outstanding warrants people in Edmonton as possible. That's the good suspicion. The other suspicions are worse.

Even at the Alberta Crown Prosecutors office where I picked up disclosure at the Brown Lee building they were a little mystified by what happens at the City of Edmonton Crown Prosecutor office and the lack of disclosure there of.

At the end of the day, I had this sneaking suspicion of a "Kangaroo Court". But I already experienced that at the highest Canadian Level "Court of Queens Bench" (known as Supreme Court in other provinces) in Edmonton during custody, business evaluation, income, expenses and assets. They kept promising I would be rich. I ended up homeless and my children were tortured. Sure one lawyer I interviewed told me I was in a Soap Opera, but the other commoners didn't confess like that.

richard_d_lee: Today was 4/20. It rained on those poor buggers at the Legislature grounds about 5 pm. I had just got back from the Medi-Centre and where I was told I had to call Alberta Health to get reimbursed for medical expenses incurred from the "Peace" officer and her bully on a leash.

It wasn't just racial profiling as in the Trayvon Martin case where I looked like a native and he looked like a black. There were passed out real natives on the Northbound train being woken up by peace officers so they could make their way to the homeless shelters (or whereever).

At the time of my "Nazi Torture" there was a campaign underway by the City of Edmonton to "crack down" on 16,000 arrest warrants for unpaid fines. So to the ignorant eye might not only may be a criminal with unpaid fines but someone able to pay. The flip side of the coin is if someone can't pay they have to serve time in the remand centre to pay off fines and that facility is overcrowded.

Everyone at the legislature grounds today was breaking the law and the police could have issued 5,000 tickets at $190 for a total of one million dollars. But yet they continue to let people break the law and punish me. For racial profiling and ability to pay profiling.

I have to e-mail the crown prosecutor at the City of Edmonton Kangaroo Court with the ticket details soon (the trial is set for December). I'm not sure how much of my lividness to seep into the wrathful defense. But everything that peace officer wrote is a LIE.

Now we know why she lied. She needed an excuse for sending me to the hospital an loosing a couple days of pay plus lending money to Alberta Health Care to fix problems the City of Edmonton physically (and illegally Nazi like) created.

"Papers please?" stfu, get me out of this gas chamber before i cough to death.

richard_d_lee: So here is the crown's total disclosure (only the Edmonton Peace officer's words, nothing from the motorman or the two ladies I was sitting with from Yemen and Mexico (they might have being taking advantage of my gullability) (who happened to be the only other people on the train car besides myself for the entire journey from Coliseum to Churchill Station):

"Dispatched to Churchill LRT as it was reported a male was harassing and bothering patrons on the train. Motor men (plurality is correct) pointed to male who was yelling profanities and racial slurrs (sic).

Male would not comply with my direction and attempt to walk away when I Identified (capitalization is correct) myself. he (capitalization is correct) was enformed (sic) he was under arrest however continted to walk away. once (capitalization is correct) male was placed under arrest & in control ?? was confirmed ' and VT was issued."

VT must mean ticket of some sort.

So that is the extent of the crown's disclsosure. But this isn't Court of Queen's Bench or Alberta Crown Prosecutor. This is City of Edmonton Crown.

Where are the video tapes and audio recorded by the motor "men"? They don't exist because there were only two ladies and myself on the train car and what was disclosed is a bold faced lie.

It gets worse for the Crown's case. The taxi driver seeing my state said I should sue the city. But shouldn't I sue the whole world for what's been done to date???

No law suits are out of the question.
