ANALYSIS: Did they store a sample of the Flu Virus so it can be retroactively analyzed today on the off chance it was Swine Flu? If the swine flu is like the regular flu and the regular flu can kill in a number of hours as this story says, it makes preexisting health conditions a grave concern. The girl in this story had something called "staph" or "steph". A different story about the swine flu today, said a school nurse was informed about two students diagnosed with the infection, but no steps were taken to inform the parents of the classes the students attended. The information was buried until a week later after the two students had recovered or were at home in isolation. By that time the Memorial long weekend was over and it was too late for parents to exercize precautionary steps or late night checks on their children to monitor their condition. If a child had a biochemical weapon homeland security would certainly let all the parents know and take steps to prevent it from going off. The female representative for the American Counsel on Foreign Relations correctly (in my mind) said Mexico deserves applause for closing the country down for 5 days in order to stop the spread of this virus in it's early days. By the same token Obama's non-challent attitude of "no need for alarm" is troublesome. Look at the trillion dollars spent on Homeland Security measures to catch terrorists that didn't exist. The billion man hours we lost taking off our shoes, being detained for days on end because we might be a terrorist. Here we have a known threat in the form of the Novel Virus that is getting zero detentions or enforcement of detentions for a couple of days. Some things like Chrysler you have to take your time, feel out the economy, do some social studies, examine the numbers carefully and then make a prudent decision. However a hasty decision for bankruptcy court was made instead. Things like the Novel Virus you had to take Patriot Act drastic steps to detain and isolate people starting last saturday (April 25, 2009). You would be detaining suspects for 12 hours to 2 days to see if symptons develop. Yes it is inconvientent but it is a greater threat to Americans than "terrorists" are. They might come out of this with a new mind set for healthy living. "Interestingly that makes 18...""Interestingly that makes 18..." says the BBC just now, "dead US troops in Iraq in April" after announcing 2 dead soldiers and 1 dead sailor in Anwar province just now. 18 is my favourite number (or is it 63?) which makes the broadcaster saying "interesting" very interesting to me.Last week, an american girl in wireclub was bragging "the Iraqi's love us". I cautioned her against saying such things because nothing good would come of it. She persisted. Furthermore she claimed "they attacked us first". This isn't true, when it comes to Iraq. She says "look at the yellowcake we found and it got shipped to your country Canada.". I looked and sure enough her story was true, only it was already discovered in 1990's by UN weapons inspectors and well documented then. Iraq was always living under her declaration of surrender. Although Obama now realizes the war was wrong 5 years too late, people like this girl need education to see how brainwashed she is. When other users countered her about 1 million dead Iraqi's and 4 million refugee's she shrugs it off and says "that is war". Such callous disregard for people's lives and suffering is shocking coming from a so-called leader of the free world called America. "We gave them freedom and democracy" is a common republican mantra like hers. Democracy is 147 political parties? You've seen how phoney your own two party system is where the real power is relegated to secret central planning committees that pull your strings with abundant drugs, guns, prostitution, bribes and FIAT currency, all that in theory are illegal. Ironically, this wireclub girl believes in God, only she doesn't know God is judging America's actions all over the world, which she herself is blind too. If I had the power I'd take her to Baghdad and make a TV show about her resurrection from a walking dead media brainwashed mind, to a reality based person.  |
