I think unexpressed expectations are the primary reason friendships and relationships don't work out, so I will go ahead and put some of mine there. First rule: I have ZERO interest in romance, sex talk or fooling around. I have ZERO tolerance for infedelity, so if that's what you're in to, don't bother!! If the word sexy is in your user name or your prfile pick is a pick of your abs, I will think twice about friending you; but it's not a deal breaker. I don't have to know what you like to be your friend. I am very happily married to the love of my life and intend to stay that way. I am, however, interested in finding friends with good attitudes, interesting hobbies, interests and lifestyles. Your interests are importatn to me. How can I get to know you if you don't share them. I am partial to soldiers, veterans, EMS and country folk. If you are active duty please let me know. I write letters of support and encouragement. I love vintage cars and motorcycles. I think bikers are awesome. I love a good story, joke or world view. I know how to listen. I tend to take care of my friends and family emotionally. I am a Wolfe and will protect my pck. I respect your right to your own spiritual beliefs and traditions. Please respect mine. And finally: I am a country girl. I might be a little ignorant at times but I am not stupid. I'm not fooled very easy, so don't lie to me. There is no point in a relationship that is built on a lie. Just be honest. Relationships of all kinds last as long as we allow them to. If you need or want to know what I look like, there is a picture of me on my pictures page.

I'll Carry You Home
Trisha Yearwood

When you can't walk and there's chains 'round your soul
The burden's too heavy and you've run out of road
And you're praying out loud
As you stumble through the rain and snow
I'll walk out and find you, I'll carry you home
When you can't speak 'cause the words are too strong
And every time that you try, it just comes out all wrong
When your heart's screaming out, but no one can hear your song
Oh, I'll sing it for you, I'll carry you home
I'll carry you home, I'll carry you home
So rest your heart easy, I'll carry you home
So wander this world now, fearless and free
Climb every mountain and sail every sea
But if you wander too far into the great unknown
You know I will find you, I'll carry you home
I'll carry you home, I'll carry you home
So rest your heart easy, I'll carry you home
I'll carry you home, I'll carry you home (I'll carry you home)
So rest your heart easy, I'll carry you home
Rest your heart easy, I'll carry you home

"In Native American culture, we see everything as being alive. Each living thing has a specific role as a teacher and family member. Everything on Earth, whether stone, tree, creature, cloud, sun, moon, or human being, is one of our relatives. We capitalize the names of each part of our Planetary Family because they represent the sacred living extensions of the Great Mystery who were placed here to help humankind evolve spiritually. We capitalize Traditions and Teachings because these words represent the equivalent of another faith's holy books."

"Every human being who walks the Earth Mother has an individual sacred path through life. That sacred path is created by the weaving of many tangible and intangible threads, which connect all of our emotions, dreams, thoughts, and experiences. The spirit's invisible thread of life force unfurls at birth and carries us through the twists and turns of growing up and learning about life on planet Earth. Our lives will change directions many times as experiences urge us to grow. Every decision we make and every shift in our perceptions can alter the course of our path through life and bring new experiences or expanded horizons. Every time we alter our priorities, we change our path. Every time we allow ourselves to use our imagination, we change our view of reality. Every time we decide to change direction, we design and redesign our lifestyles, habits, priorities, personal needs, and goals."

"No matter how far we travel in life, one truth cannot be denied: we always come back to ourselves. We cannot change others, but we can change ourselves and how we view life. There is no limitation to the journey of the human spirit. We will find our own individual paths, and we will always return full circle to our personal truths, even if those truths have changed as our understanding grew. We come into our physical lives to experience the cycles and seasons of human experience, and we move into another circle of nonphysical experience when our bodies die. Tapping the Dream Weave allows us to understand the unseen circles of energy that influence and define our waking experiences, showing us how to come full circle and how to dance the next level of our personal growth cycles."

Painted _Turtle:
"That brings us full circle to the Native American saying, 'The Great Mystery cannot be solved!' If we knew the reason for everything that happened to us, life would be boring. Not only that, but such knowledge would eliminate the free will that allows us to change our attitudes and minds and to reweave the patterns of energy that have formed our individual parts of the Dream Weave. Through the simple act of allowing God, the Creator, the Great Mystery, to be the Higher Power, limitless possibilities and miracles become available to us. Why would we ever choose to control the way the mystery unfolds in our lives? The shadow side of human nature thrives when we limit our trust or when we need to control the way things should happen. To do so is to negate the power of the Great Mystery in our lives. Control of that sort is like playing God and is another enlightenment trap. It creates attitudes, thoughts, and feelings that do not serve further growth but allow the shadow side of our natures to control our perceptions and our experiences."

Painted _Turtle: A parable is told of a farmer who owned an old mule. The mule fell into the farmer’s well. The farmer heard the mule ‘braying’ — or whatever mules do when they fall into wells. After carefully assessing the situation, the farmer felt sorry for the mule, but decided that neither the mule nor the well was worth saving. Instead, he called his neighbors together and told them what had happened and asked them to help haul dirt to bury the old mule in the well and put him out of his misery.

Initially, the old mule was hysterical! But as the farmer and his neighbors continued shoveling and the dirt hit his back, a thought struck him. It suddenly dawned on him that every time a shovel load of dirt landed on his back: he should shake it off and step up! This is what the old mule did, blow after blow. “Shake it off and step up… shake it off and step up… shake it off and step up!” he repeated to encourage himself.

No matter how painful the blows, or distressing the situation seemed, the old mule fought “panic” and just kept right on shaking it off and stepping up! You guessed it! It wasn’t long before the old mule, battered and exhausted, stepped triumphantly over the wall of that well! What seemed like it would bury him, actually end up blessing him. – Author Unknown

I realized that even when I felt dispair He was carrying me. He never let me go and he never let me go. He loved me even when I denied him. Wow!

Painted _Turtle: I have opinions like anyone else. I'm gonna state a few of them. Respond if you want to... good, bad or indifferent.

1. if we get offended, it's on us. No one can MAKE us feel.
2. we can't expect our government to make laws be we got our feelings hurt
3. we should never live as if our feelings are reality
4. i really don't think all these special protected classes are necessary.

How do ya'll feel??
