nordicmist: Today is the hundred anniversary of Passchendaele.

Two years ago I visited Tyne Cot, Ypres the Melin. Gate.
It was very moving to read all the names of those thousands who gave their young lives.


In Flanders Fields the poppies blow

Between the crosses, row on row.

We will remember them.
