scientific evidence that God exists

What is the scientific evidence that God exists?
Same reason we know someone made Petra in Jordan - city made and designed out of rock. .

Erosion can cut rock. Deposits of rocks can grow. We have everything in nature that can carve rock. But when we see this we know it didn’t erode in that shape. We know man made it due to it’s shape and complexity.

The universe is much more complex that a building. And yet we expect things as complex as the eye, the wing, spiderweb, sexual reproduction just happened over time.

We do know that there was an anomaly that existed out of space and time that caused the Big Bang or was the Big Bang. It was an energy that has always existed since energy cannot be created or destroyed. Would that ever existing vast amount of energy be sentient or just an explosion of mindless energy given the complexity of the universe? Petra didn’t build itself.

Also things move toward entropy and destruction. Not construction. Yet here we are.

The universes” laws function so we’ll but just an explosion of energy.

No. I think it is more logical to believe in a creator.

Science is limited to whatever finite fallible man can figure out. God already proved his existence but people don’t accept it. Here is what he made known to people through the Holy Bible. “What may be known of God is manifest in them for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world his invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse (Romans 1:19,20).” And Psalm 14:1 has a sobering warning - “… The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt; their acts are vile. There is no one who does good. “

Adam Southworth: Some of the structures and processes in the body are miraculous. The eye or the process of DNA replication or how the rest of the cell operates seems like they must have purpose. There are so many examples from the scale of the subatomic, to molecules like DNA, to the biosphere, to the solar system, to galaxies in the cosmic "web".

I was reading about the clustering illusion and hot hands fallacy yesterday and thought about how these might apply to the universe as a whole. I was led to these concepts in my attempt to understand the ancient Greek atheist Diagoras, who said that men thank providence for ships which reach harbour because they forget the ships wrecked at sea. One argument against order in the universe is that local regions of order are consistent with overarching entropy. The apparent order we observe might be our incomplete perspective. We are like a gambler who lives through 10 lucky spins of a roulette wheel in a much longer game. True randomness would entail such streaks of luck.

I first saw simulations of the evolution of the universe half a decade ago. The universe is a rough sea. God is no respecter of persons, as the Old Testament says. But what I see of the cosmic web seems more than a small fleet on that sea. Purpose is beyond my ken. Perhaps what we see is just a small fraction of what exists. Still, I know sheer chaos doesn't look like this YouTube

Nevzel: Yes Adam, deep mysteries and ideologies about what we are yet to really fathom. But seems be logic in the universe and natural laws. Disappointing that atheists in their limited bias still refuse to see that - possibly a spiritual issue.
