Loneliness and the fear of

Loneliness is the feeling and emotion of being completely alone and have not a single person to turn to in a time of need. The fear of loneliness is dreading the feeling and emotion so much that you will do anything to avoid it. Both these feelings of emotion are so powerful that they can actually hinder our ability to be happy due to the fact that we almost always settle for less then we desire because we would rather feel emotionless than endure the pain of loneliness or the fear of to reach and understand genuine happiness.
