Koans meditation

Another technique is meditating with koans. Koan is a question that has no answer. To apply this technique, one just keeps asking the same question to their mind, and as the mind really has no correct answer to a koan question, all its answers will always be false. So, one keeps asking their mind a koan question, like “How big is the Universe?” or “Who or what is God?”, or “If everything can be reduced to a single unit, what that unit can be reduced to?” etc. One keeps asking a question they have picked for the exercise, to their mind, the mind gives an answer, and we say “No, that’s not the right answer”, and we just keep asking our mind the same question, until the mind gets tired of it and becomes silent. And then one has the silence of the mind.
