Thank You Sweety! 16 hours ago • Report 0 Moselle: Know your worth! I stayed at a job too long and recently was offered a new job. The job came open some time ago but I didn’t apply and then it came open again this time I decided why not so I applied. I negotiated my pay and hours and took the new position on April 3rd. I nervous and excited but I stayed where I was too long it became comfortable and routine and I allowed others to bump more work and challenges on me then I should have, always excelling at every challenge. I gave them the two weeks to replace me and even went so far as to train potential new employees each one was dismayed at the amount of work and time the position required and none accepted the job. My assistant is doing the job for now until they hire a person and a lot of my duties have been reassigned. I was asked to give a few more weeks but knowing my worth and how under valued I had become because they figured I’d always be there i have closed the door on that chapter in my life. Excited, yet nervous I start my new job next week! Thanks for taking the time to read this and always know your worth! never let anyone abuse your loyalty and ability Moselle: Just in case you need to be reminded: ☆ If you see a small girl wearing a bikini, mind your own business. ☆ If you see a big girl wearing a crop top, mind your own business. ☆ If you see a girl not wearing a bra, mind your own business. ☆ If you see a girl who prefers her natural state of body hair, mind your business. ☆ If you see a girl of any size that doesn’t fit your definition of beautiful, or because she's too skinny or fat, keep your rude, toxic comments to yourself. You don't have the right to make anyone feel lesser for being a certain size. Every body, no matter what shape or size, is beautiful and should be loved!! Just be NICE! 💕 |
