 0  Moonlaker007: Just touching base with my Wire friends: my youngest daughter has moved in to help take care of me. For the first time in my adult life, I have a real pet (not just my invisible T-Rex named Spot). For the sake of my little granddaughter, we have a cat. We had a rough first night together when I mistakenly believed that a fish filet was mine. Since that time, she does her thing, I do mine, and she spends her time with the daughter and granddaughter, lol. Apparently with ALS, there is a rapid weight loss program. When my wife passed in October of 2021, I was tipping the scale at 410 lbs. I’m now around 250. Gotta be better weight loss plans, but it is effective. So there’s that - makes it easier as I scoot about the house with my walker. Writing is somewhat of a challenge as I’m reduced to one finger hunt n peck as my dexterity is reduced. Not sure that’s such a loss, with the underwhelming response to Roundabout Time, lol. I do hope to share the story of what I've come to see as my legacy (next to five children and their families, of course) which is the journey from being a victim to overcoming that into victory. It took me decades to discover where I went wrong with the way I dealt with what I call “soul storms” or traumatic experiences that rock us to the core of who we are, changing us forever. Gonna stop discussing that here, before I write the book, lol. I think y’all get the gist of it. Y’all drop a line or two and let me know what’s happening in your world! This gives me a limited time to complete my book projects. It gives me almost zero time to promote them. I am currently working on a book that I hope to be my legacy, then of course there is the sequel to Roundabout Time. Speaking of Roundabout Time, the first one has a Version Two, which is a professionally polished version that I hope you all will promote on your pages and any and all social media you have. Word of mouth is pretty much going to be all the promotion these books will receive. To find Version Two of the first Roundabout Time, just go to Roundabout Time on Amazon. It is listed with the old, self edited version. As far as Roundabout Time 2, I hope to be able to complete that after completing my current project. I am trying to stay focused on the job at hand, and living each day to it's fullest, and not on any of the negative aspects of the situation which would be easy to give in to, should I lose focus. I would greatly appreciate you all promoting Roundabout Time (Version 2) everywhere you can. Honestly, I would love to leave my children, who have been overwhelmingly supportive, with a financial legacy rather than liability. Thank you all for your understanding and support. Everything is gonna work it out, As I travel , you treavel, so far with me, your book has ben to 3 countries, 1 overseas, Canada, Bahamas, and Portugal......you know what Erck said about time travel.
