It's always great to see you. 
Starts with truly loving yourself. Forget all the generational and societal programming. Its not the real you. That you, never existed. What a person thinks of you does not matter especially if what they think of you isn’t nourishing the soul on a positive level. BUT, realize, all relationships and experiences are catalysts for a deeper look within. You do have a choice to bend the rules, change the old programming and belief systems. Believe to love yourself, instead of believing the lie that is not YOU.
When this starts to happen, you’ll see others through love, like seeing a reflection of yourself. Part of you, an extension, the one.
