 Friends         | I’m a bit of a homebody .  mesicut805: Good advice except the once a day eating. Once a day eating is tending towards fasting. For those of us who physically work hard each day and who like working out a few times a day a basic caloric requirement would be about 2000 calories plus another 1000 to maintain weight and enough body energy to heal . She has some blue but more gray blue color. That's with all birds and animals. The male is more colorful and prettier then female. That's my 2 cents  Had me from Hello: I looked at that, and looked at it, and looked at it...and then thought OH that is bird.... it is cut off in your first picture...I haughed and laughed. |
