Talk about *CHOICES*. . . Silent Witness's *choice* was to have me banned from the Bisexual chat room indefinitely.
In the name of goodwill and friendship [along with "burying the past"], I've yet to hear any news about a *choice* that might lead me to suspect such decision might ever be rescinded.
Why was I banned from SW's room in the first place?
Well....because I was the one (more often than not), who was able to stir up conversations quickly, effortlessly. . . and usually in the most fun-loving spirit imaginable.
Guys -- even the shy ones -- would suddenly join in the chat as soon as they realized there was nothing to fear by choosing to participate in it; and within minutes we had that wonderous, "kumbaya" feeling of camaraderie and togetherness. (Sometimes, you know, one is disliked *precisely* for the talents and attributes one POSSESSES, rather than for the talents and attributes one DOES NOT.)
AND...while chatting, I would ALWAYS make certain to employ complete sentences -- which, admittedly (according to MindOverMushrooms) would normally run on for years at a stretch (with nary a pause for coffee breaks).
Forgive me, please! -- I can't help being my usual playful self.
In truth, it doesn't matter if I never get back into my beloved Bisexual room...I realize I'm not wanted there. After all, I've been charged with -- and pleaded GUILTY to! -- the "Crime of the Century" -- i.e., being the unwavering, loving and ever supportive, somewhat long-time friend to my good German buddy, ULF. (You see, once I grant my affection to somebody, I rarely withdraw it.)
I will say this, though: If Silent Witness (when waving to my "ghostly" presence in his room) can promise from hereon in NOT to refer to me as "Gramps from Liverpool"...AND if that "triumvirate of cynicism" Silent Witness, the extremely handsome Dylan28 and MindOverMushrooms can ALSO promise, from hereon in, to stop slandering ULF's horse (believe me! -- they ALL have skeletons in THEIR OWN closets), then I pledge I will do everything within my power to create an atmosphere of enduring peace and tranquility.
Now as far as Garadon is concerned: the less said about that, the better.
