I think its the food combinations i be eating or its the drink i drink with those combinations or maybe its both!! The other day i had a few banana muffins and lile three minutes later i made hot dog then i ate cookies&creme ice cream followed by orange juice and THAT had me in some SERIOUS PAIN. I was even crying!!
