Honestly, when he started texting me with links and comments I took an active interest and read up on it and also how to refute it. Yes, sounds funny but when you deal with this topic with them its serious and so I got serious too. It was a good study and I enjoyed it. At one point I did ask him to cease sending me the information. We both disagree but remain GOOD friends to this day. I saw pics of the street level and just shook my head. Obviously, some dummy is going to bring up the fact that both pilots were from Mexico but they were both experienced fliers. Must have been a failure in fuel system or something else. Doesn't look like pilot error. They have such rigorous preflight checklist to go through. Its why there are TWO pilots on-board. Glad you are safe, Laura!  Poor 5 year old boy. He had gotten treatment at the Med Center in Philly and was on his way home with his parents and medical team . |
