To fill in the rest of the circle we have to move down anti-clockwise to the next line--this is the start of the second house. This is the third house and has to do with travel, close family, brothers and sisters, neighbours, school, environment, reading and writing. Place the sign of CAPRICORN there with 14 degrees and 13 minutes. We go to the next line which is the fourth one. This is the start of the fourth house. This has to do with parents, roots, country, estate;and end of life. We set the sign of AQUARIUS there with 19 degrees and 58 minutes. The 12th house has to do with isolation, hospitals and prisons and confinement, enemies, the past. This house is a mystical, occult house.
