 Friends | father of 2 kids drive truck have also work in the agricultural industry love hunting fishing and camping also like to go shopping and cooking swimming  Happy Easter y'all it was a pretty good day here had my kids come over for a few hours it was an unplanned visit but it is always nice to get to spend time with them    0 Its been a long week over 60 hours in the truck made 2 trips from South East Wisconsin to Oklahoma City and back to pick up 2 Elite Trailers both trips went by perfect with no trouble and both trailers delivered and the dealership is happy. Of course I had to stop in Pacific Missouri and get a picture of Big Foot    NEVER again will I wake up at 4 in the morning haul a load of cattle, then come home take a four hour nap and head out too pick up a new trailer in Oklahoma City only to make the run to Oklahoma City and back to my home in Wisconsin in 28 hours and only stopped to take a hour long nap in the truck. But hey I made it there and back no issues and a happy recipient when i delivered the trailer this morning  15.5 hours spent in the truck yesterday, left my house at 5:30AM for White Pigeon Michigan to pick up a trailer that i had taken there for some warranty work a few weeks ago it was only supposed to be there 2 days not 2 weeks but i cant complain it aint my trailer. However I will say i hate Chicago traffic and Milwaukee sucked just as much because of the Wisconsin State Fair going on, but after 15.5 and a half hours the trailer was delivered back to its owners and they were happy  tomorrow is going to be a long day waking up at 4:00AM to head 2.5 hours north of me to a town called Hilbert Wisconsin to pick up a gooseneck horse trailer that has to go back to the manufacturer in White Pigeon Michigan, witch is roughly a 5 hour drive. Then after i drop the trailer off at the manufacturer I have to drive about 3.5 hours back home by the time all is said and done it will be about 11 hours of driving not counting fuel stops and 658 miles Left the house at 2:30AM hauled a load of feeder calves down just south of Louisville Kentucky started heading back to Wisconsin and picked up a load of Angus beef steers to take to the sale barn for tomorrows sale, and I know i shouldnt be but i am proud of myself for managing to make pretty much every person in my contacts mad at me today because i turned the ringer for my phone and texts to silent and only responded to certain people  In the last few days I have come to the realization that there are maybe 2 people in my life that I can call a true friend |
