It appears to me that for many wired users, they're just here for ego validation. Nothing wrong with showing pride in your face and body, but what these people do is post pictures of themselves every once in a while, in different poses, in different clothes (or lack thereof) and in different settings just to get off solely on their beta-male worshipers clicking the like buttons and complimenting them. "Oh, you're so beautiful", "Oh, that body is so hot", etc. and have 0% interest in personally meeting anyone. That's fine if that's what you're into. It's all just mental masturbation to me. No, I'm not looking for any of this kind of attention for myself. Ironically, a woman doesn't even have to be hot or even be mildly attractive to get compliments and likes. Beauty has lost its meaning on wired!
