Round about november something or other I wondered if I could have a blanket done by xmas. Usually they take me upwards of 4 months ... now it would be more like 8 months for a blanket. Mostly because of how I weave ends. Every single color change means 2 foot long threds for me to weave. My blankets will never come apart. (Mom's did after she passed when I went to wash them .. unable to repair .. so I make sure the same never happens with mine.) But .. this blanket went quick. Was mostly colors I had left over. He really seemed to like it. He appreciates everything so much .. no matter how small of a thing it is. Good kiddo. |
