Precious Pea: Some side notes that Arianna shared with us and appreciated her godly counsel and wisdom on the matter when asking in prayer I thought she had some very good points for such a young lady of her age I wanted to read what she shared with everyone, but found it hard to interrupt with all the chatter lol it was still excellent and valuable insight!!

And Grains interrupted LOL (no he added his input )

Yeesh guys, I guess I'll just put my thoughts in here because I apparently don't know how to interrupt you xD

to be fair its not easy to notice the difference between word of faith and praying with faith, there is still a difference between healing in jesus name and healing for benny hinns name (Grains )

Anyways, what I was going to add on the idea of us asking God and God giving to us - God promises to provide for all our needs. If He judges something to be a need in our life, He will provide.

That being said, it won't always be in the way we think He'll provide in.

He may end up providing for us in a way that's not readily apparent and that we won't understand or see until much later, if ever.

But He will provide for everything He judges that we need and in the way we need that provision in.

Heh, well, in terms of faith, my other comment was going to be that God's grace abound greatly, and He knows we are people of little faith.

Well, I would say sometimes He provides wants too, or He changes our desires to match up with His plan for our life, or He takes our natural passions and talents which He's given us and uses them for His glory.

He's not going to give a fish a desire to climb up a tree, but He would place in a fish a desire to swim places and He would also grant that desire xD

That’s lovely lol (Grains )

But Back to the faith thing, what I was going to say is that if we do need more faith, all we have to do is ask (as the Bible says, "No good thing will He withhold from them who walk uprightly", and also something about not receiving because you're asking "amiss", I believe that's somewhere in John.)

And I think if we do ask in accordance with God's will and what He has promised us, then He'll grant us what He deems necessary to have.

All right guys, it was a pleasure joining you. Unfortunately it's getting decently late here and I gotta get up tomorrow, but it was fun to join you guys and who knows, maybe I'll be able to turn up next week

Jesus also came to undo the work of Satan and that was part of it, people need healing (Grains )

Just doesn’t help when satan has hijacked Christianity and invented “word of faith” to confuse people and leave them in bondage still (Grains )

Going for what’s pleasing to the eye is what messed everything up in the first place (Grains )

Sometimes being given the desires of your heart ain’t a good thing (Grains )

Thanks for all your comments and input people’s was good food My final thoughts on this, regarding the heart…

Jer 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

crumax: "Jesus Christ" was not the Savior's name in the Bible...as far as I am concerned, that is relegated to a title only...my Jesus Christ is Yehowshuwa the Nazarene, the one of the same Bible before His name was blotted out and replaced with the "Jesus Christ" title...your Jesus Christ and my Jesus Christ are not the same, clearly...we move in different spirits...

I should share this video with Kelly, she would get alot out of it. I might actually do that cause it talks about seeking and hearing for HIS gentle knock (voice) of Jesus It also talks about the 10 virgins

The Gospel according to Luke (KJV) Full Film

This is the most accurate film reproduction of the life and gospel of Jesus Christ in existence.

This is not the JESUS film of 1979; this is another more elaborate and precise film made from the abundance of original footage shot to make JESUS, presumably by the JESUS Film Project and Blue Letter Bible.

Credit goes to Blue Letter Bible for providing this film, and the JESUS Film Project for providing the footage from which it was made.

All credit for the words of this film go to the only true and living God.

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works." - Paul, 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Precious Pea: Hey

You asked earlier, about confessing sins to a Priest LOL and how that works in the Catholic church lol and it was sort of a complex question lol regarding their doctrine lol and why they do this LOL.

IF you have time and are interested in getting some insight and understanding about some of their "false teachings" and how it originated into "traditions of man", this is a Documentary, which pretty much uncovers all this deception.

This Documentary also reveals, what I got set free from and came out of.

ENJOY if you got time LOL it's long, BUT in my view, it's an excellent watch

A Lamp In The Dark - The Untold History Of The Bible ~ Full Documentary

A Lamp in the Dark is an exciting new documentary that unfolds the fascinating "untold" history of the Bible, revealing critical information often overlooked in modern histories. Enter into a world of saints and martyrs battling against spies, assassins and wolves in sheep's clothing.

Throughout the Middle Ages, the Papal Inquisition forbade biblical translation, threatening imprisonment and death to those who disobeyed. Learn the stories of valiant warriors of the faith, such as John Wycliffe, William Tyndale, Martin Luther, the ancient Waldenses, Albigenses and others who hazarded their lives for the sake of sharing the Gospel light with a world drowning in darkness.

Once the common people were able to read the Bible, the world was turned upside down through the Protestant Reformation. The Reformers subdued whole kingdoms by preaching the grace of God, and exposing the unbiblical doctrines of Rome. In response, the Vatican would launch a Counter Reformation to destroy the work of the Reformers, including the bibles they produced.

ABOUT THE PRODUCTION

This ground-breaking documentary is also filled with rich visual graphics and dramatic re-enactments of key historic events.

Included in this 3 hour DVD

1) The history of the early Church, with the warnings from Jesus and the Apostles about "grievous wolves" and apostasy.

2) How the Inquisition began for the purpose of silencing Christians and outlawing the Bible.

3) The Bible translations of John Wycliffe and William Tyndale, the Great Bible, the Geneva Bible, and finally the King James Version.

4) The Protestant Reformation and the reasons behind it.

5) Key doctrines confronted by the Reformers (i.e. Indulgences, Inspiration of Scripture, Salvation, Transubstantiation, Veneration of Mary, and Papal claims of authority).

6) The Counter Reformation which began with the founding of the Jesuit Order in 1540.

7) The Vatican's involvement with the Critical Text and their influence over world-wide biblical translation in the 20th century.
