SpiceyLips: If you want to help him, then you have to set ground rules. Make him sign a contract with you and go get it notorized. Give him a time limit that if he doesn't get a job by, then he has to go. While he is there, he has to take so many hours a day searching and applying for jobs. When done with that, make him do chores, clean the house, take care of pets, make supper, etc.... You will know what to do.
