I'm Kristi and I'm a University of Alabama graduate, both undergrad and graduate studies. I studied Sports Nutrition for my undergraduate, and Sports Management/Physical Therapy for my graduate. Class of 03' and 06' respectfully. I worked for the athletic department there from 2001 until 2017 in the training room as a trainer and physical therapist. I then took a job at Alabama State University in 2017 as the head trainer. I basically work with all the athletes like I did at U of A, except I'm lead trainer now. I set up rehabilitation and weight room schedules, taping times, etc. Alabama State is a HBCU, meaning it's a black institution, so I'm honored to be apart of something like this and that historical and important. I also used to be a competitive fitness athlete competing in many shows across the south. I gave that up several years ago to focus on work and my career. I now reside with my husband who also works at ASU in Montgomery. I love gymnastics, volleyball, track, traveling, music and fitness. Anyway, thanks so much for reading!
