dormor to oldblueeyes13: Hi! Colin we lost our games today. It was drizzling all the way through and got wetter towards the end. Our score was 20-17 so we didn't disgrace ourselves. They are a much stronger team with 2 clubs joined together. They were first and got $200 and we were runners up so got $100. We were the top 2 teams. I hope all is well with you. Talk soon. Love Doreen

dormor to oldblueeyes13: Hi! Colin, I was here and had to go and get some results put through for the bowling club. We are on the top for the Women's 8's and it will depend on what the next team got for playing on Saturday. If they did ok then we will probably have to play the game that was rained out on 11th March. Will have to wait and see when the results are updated tomorrow. Talk soon, my friend. Byeeeeeeeee for now, Love Doeen

dormor to oldblueeyes13: Hi! Colin, Just got home from an 80th birthday at the Kaiapoi Club. It has been very hot here today. We worked out in the garden this morning and then slept on and off all afternoon until I had a shower and got ready to go out. It is Waitangi Day tomorrow so a holiday. We will carry on trying to get rid of some of the rubbish around here. Morris will go to get rid of it tomorrow afternoon. I hope to catch up with you soon. Byeeeeeeeee for now, Doreen

dormor to oldblueeyes13: Hi! Colin, They had an interesting article on the news about a guy who got breast cancer and they had nt diagnosed it early enough. Apparently there are 5 males in NZ are diagnosed every year. They said that everything was for women and not good when males have to face the same problem. Gee it is hot here. 31 degrees. I went to the bowling club but did not play. Too hot for me. Talk soon, my friend. Byeeeeeeee

dormor to oldblueeyes13: Hi! Colin, I seem to be missing you all the time in more ways than one. Having problems with the club computer now and tried to send out a message about a lady who died and nothing would go. The server is having problems also so hectic trying to get hold of them. We went down to Ashburton on Saturday to Walter's 85th birthday. Met quite a few that we know and he was thrilled as he didn't expect to have anything. I hope to catch up with you soon. I had a nice glass of red wine that came from Tasmania. I quite enjoyed it. Byeeeeeee for now. Doreen
