Ivan Alexandrovich Ilyin on Fascism (kind of campy and irrelevant)

This was interesting in a dry sort of way. He's a Putin fave. Fascism has never really worked. While many people do not care what their country does to other countries, the authortarianism of fascism is a bane on the lifestyle of citizens.

I really wish everyone would stop comparing our country to fascism, communism, nazism, or whatever else they can drag out of the last couple of centuries. They have all gone though the vicissitudes of tempest anyways. People find themselves relevant by redefining the basis of any movement, and the element of collective experience will redefine it too.

We need a brand new movement. Is it me, or is humanity becoming so dulled we can't come up with anything new? That's true of the arts too.
