Berlin to "seize" 240,000 apartments?

“We will not let go until the public ownership of the housing corporations has been implemented.”

This coincides with the Social Democrat win in Germany. It's something to keep an eye on, as it could set a precedent for the West. The referandum that was taken was nonbinding, so it could just be a rent control bargaining tool. BlackRock and Blackstone were listed as one of the targets, as they are shareholders. BlackRock is a big part of the swamp. They are snapping up single family homes now in the US, and over-paying to do it. Quite a red flag. Their sister company, Blackstone is a big owner of Google. These companies like to pander to the left and the right, and the left and the right like to pander to them 😃 The mega-corps tend to support the immigration boom, but they don't want to pay taxes. They're centrists, and socially left to pander to the browning of America, not unlike Social Democrats. Different motive though. So, it's interesting to see a city make such a bold move. I have to wonder if Berlin was doing it on the behalf of refugees. Some corporations would go along with that. Guesswork; que sera sera.

Pics are from a couple of the articles. Peruse them. This could be a widespread watershed moment event. A seminal move - good or bad.
