It's from an old Indian poetry magazine called Krittibas. I couldn't even get a translation on the word Krittibas. I assume it's a first name. There's a medieval poet named Krittibas Ojha. Perhaps it's named after him? Here's a wiki link on it. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krittibas_(magazine) Pretty cool Bengali history. This poem is from 1953. You can download the 1953 issue free. The article has the link. The publication went back in print. I should try writing them to see if any of it is translated.
