The idea is to help each other iindentifying goals, be supportive of goals, and have strategies to help each other and most of all ourselves. I recommend using a daytimer and or journal to log your goals. Use your phone or computer, or a pen to paper style journal. Utilize the features without phone for reminders. My personal.goals are: self care oriented right now. And I know they.will expand in time. The group was created to have a supportive check in, a bragging/sharing platform, a co-creative community to help understand our goals, a place to be real, and most of all a place to explore our amazingness.
