Jare: I remember hearing about this happening. Much like Alaska, Canada has a lot of places to hide a body. Since we don't index footprints, whoever did this likely hacked off all limbs and head to prevent identification but went lax on the feet.
Or there are/were some poor footless people sitting captive in some freak's basement. Sick minded people exist everywhere.
Wildehunny: A lot are refugees coming from Pacific Asia and even Mexican refugee (parts) have washed up. It's a big problem, but doesn't get reported much.
