carouselkatie26: hi everybody i just got of the hospital about half hour ago & it feels so wonderful to be alive!! I'm just going to say this right out, no easy way aound it i guess. Thursday night i had to call 9-1-1 because i was vomiting so bad,all day and night,while i was waiting i lost consciouness I remember waking up to see a brawny fireman's face with a big grin on his face saying "welcome back darling" He told me that when they arrived i had no pulse, no heart bear so they went to work on for like 5 minutes minutes. They gave me an iv with fluids, put me on a gurney &whheeled out to the ambulance. At the hospital they said my body had started shutting down for lack of fluids in my body. Anyway they kept feeding me differeny meds, inserted a feeding tube, 2-2 hour ags of fluidsarund the hour. I was never scared in my life befoe & thaks for the emergency response teams. If i hadn't had made that called i would be gone,
RavenousSamurai: Thank God you're still with us Katie... I'm also thankful you were able to make the call before you passed out. You are one tough lil bugger. Please take care of yourself, I know it's not really your fault. You haven't been able to eat much of anything yet but at least you're home safe. I hope your recovery goes well.
