bulkonramen: I did it! I got my first exercise to elite level! I thought this would take 3 to 5 years but it only took 2 and a half months to go from novice to elite.

I am immensely happy and grateful my body is so strong given my mental health challenges.

I was always a naturally gifted weightlifter strength wise I was able to bench 135 before high school. So I'm glad I'm applying myself
