Words by themselves aren't enough to truly represent how a person is; having a conversation on the other hand would help getting to know both parties better. I would rather talk to you than be judge by my poor writing skills. (Although meeting someone face to face and spending times together would be more ideal, but such isn't very appropriate with acquaintances made on the internet and distance).
