So, I would normally do just what I tell other people and get another animal or 2 or 3 as fast as possible and let the grieving process happen as it should. But I can't guarantee that I'll be around to take care of an animal. So for the the first time in many years, I'm without some kind of furry four-wheel-drive running around.
